WEEKEND PERFORMANCE
It's friday late afternoon.
we are preparing to declare our next war, tracking the activities of our members..., and suddenly:
or slowly but surely we think about the following message that suits the situation better?

Due to our last weekend experiences, we contacted Ubisof bcn mobile via twitter to make them check the login problems.
We experience (perhaps pure coincidence) that with every contact via Twitter they reacted within ~60 Minutes, and the login issues were solved.
Facebook requests weren't answered and support tickets were not even answered 12 days after opening...
Is this the result of thousands of open tickets about the same request?

BUT after these weekends' experiences and from last weekend (we do not even mention the long Christmas Eve) we conclude that we all should NOT declare war at the beginning of each weekend, OR to declare "easy" wars and make as many points as possible to bring the bar into green, because if the login issues occur the next time, you can use the war bar automatism that makes you win your war automatically...
Challenge: check every few minutes the login to be online as soon as possible, in case your opponents already woke up by their push up notifications.

Note: in fact one day later (saturday: the login issues appeared again around 20:00 cet.... they seem to have hughe difficulties... (perhaps due to a damage by Android/iOS-collision???)
