Hahaaaaa, we found another funny message popping out of the galaxy. Look at this one here:

N.B. we found out that this message appears when you have to do a quest: kill a certain amount of Bases from your colonies! And - but we guess this must be a rumour - this player has a shield as long as he didn't finish this quest!
