...et voilà:     EQUALTITY

As long as we play Galaxy Life Pocked Adventures, the first question when a new member enters the group is:

"...can I become general?????"

Our answer is NO, because there is only one leader in a team and masses of generals could turn everything into chaos:  Everyone is trying to find good bases to fight and to decide what war to fight next, ..., we do not talk about the kind of generals or leaders, who grant this title to all other members..., but some of them do not have even the foggiest idea about responsibiliy and the effect a single decision can have on the whole team!

Good to know, there is a leader, who can promote and demote (... noobs or inactives for example)

 

BUT: there is an Alliance without Leader!!! Without a guy leading his team and giving stupid orders (hehe):
